This page contains additional ordering and shipping terms and information that is applicable to all international orders placed with Unicover® or through www.unicover.com. The term "international orders" as used here means orders shipped to any country or territory except to mailing addresses in the United States and Canada.

These terms and conditions are in addition to those contained in our Terms of Use and all other conditions stated in www.unicover.com. These additional terms must be observed and followed. Throughout, Unicover refers to Unicover Corporation, its subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates.

All international orders placed through the www.unicover.com website or by any other means, are orders placed with Unicover World Trade Corporation.

Ordering Information

All orders placed with Unicover are subject to acceptance, to the availability of goods, and to credit approval. Unicover reserves the right to reduce any order so as to assure fair distribution of limited supplies. Prices are subject to change and to correction without notice.

Products are not Available for Shipment to All Countries and Territories

Not all products offered by Unicover or via the www.unicover.com website are available for for shipment to customers in all countries and territories.

The reasons a product may not be available for shipment to your country or territory may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Contractual limitations may prohibit Unicover from selling the product in your country or territory.
  • Import of the items in question into your country or territory may be restricted or prohibited under your country's or territory's laws and regulations.
  • Export of the items in question to your country or territory may be restricted or prohibited under United States Government laws and regulations.
  • Mail delivery to your country or territory may not be sufficiently reliable to allow us to ship products.

Status of Your Order and Details of Shipment(s)

You can check the details of your order and its shipping status at any time online using the Check Order Status link on the www.unicover.com home page. In addition, we will automatically notify you by email when each shipment is made, provided that you maintain an accurate and up-to-date email address.

Shipping and Payment Information

Unicover ships international orders via Air Mail, Global Priority Mail or Air Parcel Post depending on size and weight.

The total amount of each international order is the sum of all of the following:

  • The stated price of each SKU ordered multiplied by the quantity.
  • The packing and handling charge. This is our charge for preparing and packaging the order and preparing the necessary shipping and customs forms. The maximum amount is specified at the time an international order is placed, and does not increase if there are multiple shipments needed to fulfill the order.
  • The actual postage paid for the Air Mail, Global Priority Mail, or Air Parcel Post for each shipment made to fulfill the order.

In general, payment via a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card is required in order to process an international order. If a transaction is rejected, the order will not be shipped. For each shipment, Unicover will make two separate charges to your card:

  • A charge for the stated price of the SKUs in the shipment together with any applicable handling and packaging charge. This charge will be made when the stock is picked from inventory.
  • A charge for the actual postage for delivery of the shipment. This charge will be made at the time the shipment is scanned and dispatched from Unicover by Air Mail, Global Priority Mail, or Air Parcel Post.

Duties and Taxes. The total amount charged for each international order does not include import duties into your country or territory, VAT/GST or any other taxes. These are your responsibility and are usually collected upon delivery. By law, we must accurately declare both the price paid and the content of each shipment, according to U.S. customs and export regulations. For example, stamps are described as "philatelic materials" and coins are described as "numismatic materials." Prices stated on customs forms are always quoted in United States Dollars.

Delivery Time. In general, once a shipment has been dispatched, you should allow 3 to 4 weeks for the shipment to arrive at your address. This time includes the 4 to 5 days that shipments typically take to clear customs in your country.

Minimizing Postage Costs. Before you place an order, Unicover shows you what items (SKUs) are in stock for shipment and which are not. This will enable you to determine the number of separate shipments needed to fulfill your order. Unicover promptly ships those items which are in stock, and backorders items not in stock for later shipment. Unicover does not delay shipment until all items are in stock. Therefore, if you wish to minimize shipping costs, you should place your order only when the website shows that the items are in stock.

Quality Assurance. As with all shipments we make, international shipments are triple checked to be sure each shipment is complete and correct. Under our guarantee, you may return any items for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. However, Unicover is not responsible for shortages in the shipment due to the actions of your customs authorities. Unicover is not responsible if your national customs opens a shipment, retains samples, confiscates merchandise or otherwise alters the contents of a shipment.
