Fleetwood 75th Anniversary Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A purchase or payment is NOT necessary and does NOT improve your chances of winning. Each entry received has an equal chance to win.
This sweepstakes has one (1) Grand Prize, four (4) Second Prizes, ten (10) Third Prizes, Twenty-five (25) Fourth Prizes and Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Five (2,925) Weekly Prizes (75 per week). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the USA.
Sponsor: Unicover Corporation ("UC"), One Unicover Center, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82008-0001.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States, its territories and possessions, ages 18 years or older as of 4/1/04. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) of UC, its advertising and promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, retailers, subsidiaries, and/or distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible. Online entries must have Internet access as of 3/31/04.
Timing: (All times are Mountain Time). Sweepstakes begins 4/1/04 at 12:01 a.m. and ends 1/31/05 at 11:59 p.m. All valid winning and non-winning entries received for Weekly Prizes throughout the sweepstakes period automatically entered for the Grand, Second, Third and Fourth Prizes. The Grand, Second, Third and Fourth Prizes will be drawn at random on or about 2/14/2005 at 3:00 p.m. from all entries received between 12:01 a.m. 4/1/04 and 11:59 p.m. 1/31/05. The Weekly Prizes will be drawn each Wednesday for 39 weeks at about 2:00 p.m. from entries received from 12:01 a.m. Sunday through 11:59 pm Saturday of prior week; first weekly drawing is 5/5/04 from entries received 12:01 a.m. 4/1/04 through at 11:59 p.m. 5/1/04.
How to enter: Limit: One entry per person and per e-mail address per week (12:01 a.m. Sunday through 11:59 pm Saturday). All entries are the property of UC and will not be returned. You may enter the Sweepstakes in any of the following ways: 1. Via the Internet: Go to www.unicover.com/sweeps75.htm and follow instructions. 2. On-line in response to an e-mail: follow instructions and link in e-mail. 3. Telephone: Call 1-800-443-3232. 4. Mail: Complete and return an official entry form, or hand write your name, address and telephone number on a card and mail to: Fleetwood 75th Anniversary Sweepstakes, One Unicover Center, Cheyenne, WY 82008-0001. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope and will entered as of the date received by UC and not the postmark date. All entries via the Internet require name, address and telephone number and a valid e-mail address. On-line/Internet entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means, and incomplete entries, will be disqualified.
Other conditions: UC is not responsible for: incomplete, lost, late, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or postage due entries or mail or human error in connection therewith; for any problems or malfunctions or errors or failures of any kind of telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, lost or unavailable or failed network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or any combination thereof whether human or technical or otherwise in nature. UC is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation or accessing or downloading information in connection with this sweepstakes and related promotions.

Selection of Winners: All prizes will be awarded provided enough eligible entries are received. All winners will be selected in random drawings of all eligible entries received: Winners for Grand through Fourth Prizes will be drawn on or about 2/14/2005. Winners of weekly prizes will be drawn each Wednesday. Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone approximately seven (7) days after each drawing. Allow 4-6 weeks for shipment of prizes by mail. Prizes will only be delivered to U.S. postal addresses.
Winners' Responsibilities: Winners of Grand through Fourth Prizes will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability which must be signed and returned within fourteen 14 days of the date printed on the notification or an alternate winner will be selected from among non-winning eligible entries in a separate random drawing. If any prize/prize notification returned as non-deliverable may result in the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among non-winning eligible entries. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Release: By entering the sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these rules and decisions of UC which shall be final. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred, assigned or exchanged, except in the sole discretion of UC, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar or greater value if any portion of a prize is unavailable. By accepting a prize, the winner: grants permission to use his or her name, city and state of residence in printed and on-line advertising and promotional materials for this or similar promotions without further compensation, unless prohibited by law; agrees to hold UC, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
Requests for Winners List, Rules: For a list of the names, cities and states of residence of prize winners, or a complete copy of the Official Rules, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to Fleetwood 75th Anniversary Sweepstakes, One Unicover Center, Cheyenne, WY 82008-0001. Printed list of winners will be available 2/28/05 until 1/31/06. List of winners during and after the sweepstakes period will be available on-line at www.unicover.com/sweeps75.htm until 1/31/06.

Unicover Corporation is not responsible for any typographic or other error in printing or publication of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. UC reserves the right in its sole discretion: to amend, modify, suspend or terminate this sweepstakes at anytime; to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates the rules; to disqualify any entrant for fraud or misconduct; to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, or only the Internet portion thereof, should a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of UC corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes. In event of complete termination, notice will be posted on-line and a random drawing to award all prizes will be conducted from among all entries received prior to time of termination.
