How do I get a User ID and a Password?
You
need both a User ID and a Password if you want to place an order, check the status of an order you have already placed, check the status of a subscription account, change your
shipping or email address, or change your existing password.
The Unicover® User ID and Password are used, in each case, to "log on" to the secure part of www.unicover.com.
If you
are already a Unicover customer, getting a User ID and a Password is very easy. Whenever you receive an Order Blank from us you'll find an Online Code printed above your name. For
example:
- ABCD-9901-X456789 #34567# <----- This is the Online Code
- Ms. Marsha Q. Smith
- P. O. Box 2345
- Anytown, WY 88888-2345
You
should use your Online Code to authenticate your identity when requested. When you use it, it will provide you with your User ID and your Password. When keying the Online Code, don't key the
dash '-' or pound '#' characters.
If you forget your User ID or your Password, you may use your Online Code -- one is provided with each mailing -- to retrieve your User ID and Password.
