Cepheus is the principal figure in the story of Joseph. In the story, Joseph, representing the Sun (Cephus), became the ruler of Egypt (Pisces) after first being imprisoned there. Seeking to escape from the advances of Potiphar's wife, he fled, leaving his garment in her hand.
