Kristin Rosenberg: Ivory Fashion Rose One of the most beautiful of garden roses, the Ivory Fashion displays creamy, ivory-colored petals that present a striking contrast with various garden flowers of bright red, pink or purple. Like other floribundas, the Ivory Fashion is a vigorous, hardy plant that can withstand much colder temperatures than hybrid teas. The bush can grow up to three feet in height, and the semidouble blooms are about four inches wide. The Ivory Fashion has leathery foliage and produces fragrant clusters of roses from late spring until the first frost. This low-lying bush provides a fine contrast in rose garden landscaping when placed near a taller hybrid tea or grandiflora rose bush. It is also well-suited for borders or lining walkways. Cut flowers from this elegant rose bush can be made into a spectacular bouquet for weddings or other special occasions.
